What do our mailing lists offer?

[geo-studium] is a mailing list for sharing content directly related to studying in Cologne (latest announcements and notices). This may include information from the department or lecturers, as well as questions from members regarding their studies at the Department of Geography (and geography minor subjects).

[geo-info] is a mailing list for anyone interested in geography. Here, you can share geography-related posts and information (e.g. events, film recommendations, academic contributions, questions and discussions, job tips for graduates, etc.).

[geo-ehemalige] is a mailing list for all final-year students and alumni of the Department of Geography. Through this list, you will receive, amongst other things, invitations to our final-year student and departmental celebrations, enabling you to stay connected with the department. List administrator: Dorina Kley. As an alumnus or alumna, please contact Dorina Kley.

Any member of the lists [geo-studium] and [geo-info] may send messages to the entire list. However, these messages must always relate to the intended subject areas – and, regardless of the specific list, must also be relevant to geography.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in removal from the list!
